Stephanie Bienstock is a native of Miami Beach. Her roots in Miami Beach are deep – she was born, raised and educated in Miami Beach.
Her maternal Cuban grandparents settled in a home on Alton Road after they arrived from Cuba. Years later her parents bought the home from her grandparents, where she grew up on Alton Road. Her father, Michael Bienstock, was an Assistant State Attorney with Miami Dade County’s Child Support Division, and her mother, Esther Bienstock, managed over 5,000,000 SF of Commercial Real Estate in Miami Dade County.
She attended Miami Beach High which allowed her to become very connected with the community at large and more specifically with the extensive network of Beach High alumni, which counts in its ranks such personalities as Barbara Walters, Andy Garcia and Stephen M. Ross.
She has witnessed the growth, development and excitement of the city of Miami Beach first hand. While observing the multiple positive changes that were happening within her community, she was inspired to become involved in the change and transformation of the city through a career in Real Estate. Shortly after completing her Associates in Arts from Miami Dade College she embarked on a new path to pursue her passion for Real Estate and never looked back. Since 1998 she has worked for 4 of the top producers in the industry and helped some very influential clients. Working with these top minds and dealing with these influential clients has given her a keen understanding and extensive knowledge of customer service, business management and the Real Estate Market.
She has been the happiest and most successful in her current position which she has held since 2002 with Ines Flax, top 10 Realtors in Miami Dade County. Specializing on the sales of Luxury Oceanfront Condos, she has been an integral part of this achievement for Ines Flax.
She enjoys contributing and participating in cancer-related events and fundraisers and the Make a Wish Foundation whenever possible in memory of her father.
